Joan is a professional, who works with her client to agree expectations . She very kindly stepped in to rescue me after I was badly let down by a local firm and she was happy to be flexible around my health needs. She works consistently , without breaks and leaves everywhere ‘Spick and Span ‘ ! I wish her well in all that she does and I am sure that in the future , many local residents will value her skills in the home – as a carer of people and pets.

Often used DMM with looking after our dogs and spoke to Joan often. She’s very kind, polite and helpful. Our dogs absolutely loved their stay there and I cannot recommend DMM highly enough 5star plus in our opinion. Wouldn’t wanna go elsewhere.

We have used DMM several times and always dealt with Joan, who is super helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble and our dogs adore her, she is extremely experienced and competent. We now have a nervous rescue dog and I know she will be able to handle him. The personal service you get is the best I have ever used. Thanks for taking such good care of our precious pooches. xxx
